The hotel is a bit out of Niagara but close to Niagara Falls, offering convenient proximity to shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious with a slight smell issue in the suite. The service was lacking interest and problem resolution. The dining options were poor with very limited variety, while the facilities were average.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-prepared with great cable and storage options. However, they were very warm, requiring me to run the air conditioner all night to stay cool. The location was fantastic, and the value for the high-quality service was undeniable. The dining experience, while good, could have been more substantial. Overall, a great choice for a visit to Niagara Falls!

My stay at the hotel was generally pleasant with a few ups and downs. The location was perfect with plenty of parking spaces and close proximity to major stores and the Outlet mall, making it convenient for exploring Niagara Falls. However, the dining options were lacking, although the focaccia bread was a big plus.
